This is my journey from dealing with mild PTSD and extreme depression. As a war veteran from Operation Iraqi Freedom, I came home alone and broken. I spent years trying to change my life for the better. These were dark times for me until one day I discovered the power of motivation.

This book starts at rock bottom and lands at my biggest challenge in life — letting go. I turned my nightmares into dreams. It details my experiences with travel therapy and meditation, from following the rat race to finding my passion in life. Follow me from the warzone to the backstreets of Prague.

I mostly want this book to inspire other veterans to find their passion and get beyond the pain and suffering of the battlefield. This book is meant for inspiration, motivation, and — in some cases — empathy. We all gave some.
